Working Meeting in Khelvachauri Municipality
The Mayor of Khelvachauri Municipality held a working meeting together with deputy mayors, heads of municipal departments and organizations, and the mayor’s representatives.
During the meeting, they discussed the activities carried out by municipal services and organizations, achieved results, and future plans.
Focus on the Effective Implementation of Planned Projects
Special attention during the meeting was given to the effective implementation of planned projects and the importance of coordinated cooperation between agencies.
The mayor issued relevant instructions and noted that unified and efficient teamwork is one of the key prerequisites for the successful implementation of ongoing projects in the municipality.
Inspection of Infrastructure Projects
On the same day, together with the Chairman of the Khelvachauri Municipality Council, Archil Mkheidze, the mayor inspected ongoing infrastructure projects in the administrative units of Ortabatumi and Tkhilnari.
The mayor reviewed the progress of the works on site and received information about the ongoing processes.
Works in the Villages of Tsinsvla and Makho
In the village of Tsinsvla, they inspected the construction of a slope-retaining wall near a citizen’s residential house.
In the village of Makho, they reviewed the process of arranging a gabion structure.
Public Safety and Prevention in Landslide-Prone Areas
According to the municipality, these projects are being implemented to ensure public safety and prevent risks in landslide-prone areas.
Such infrastructure works are considered one of the municipality’s important priorities.

The inspection of the works was attended by Mindia Diasamidze, Khelvachauri’s delegate to the Supreme Council of Adjara and Chairman of the Constitutional, Legal and Procedural Issues Committee; Manuchar Manvelidze, Deputy Mayor of Khelvachauri Municipality; as well as representatives of the relevant departments of the Municipal Council and City Hall.
